Characteristics
- robust and proven design
- boxes mainly used with standard ventilation
- boxes used with standard ventilation - gaps on the shorter and longer side are the same level, or with forced ventilation - gaps on the shorter and longer side are alternately
- spruce wood dried to 15% moisture
- lower and upper external planks of the crate made out of hard beech or larch wood
- 4 sides of the box chamfered at 45°
- center post is based on lower skid which stabilises the box and makes it more robust
- 4 or 6 slants (depending on client's choice) which are keeping the pallet stable
- corner posts mounted with 120x∅8 screws and center post mounted with 160x∅10 screw
- nailed with annular nails and glued with special PVCA glue
- all metal parts(nails, screws, fittings) galvanized
- printed on black rectangle for notes
- option to print your logo on the crate
- estimated service life: 15 years and more depending on usage
- crates have IPPC certificate allowing their export to other continents
- option of sending disassembled boxes
